Considering the Fuel That Drives This Economy, People Are a Liability, Not An Asset.

Recent articles of mine have talked about many issues concerning the attempted financial recovery of this nation. However when we speak of jobs one must clarify. Of course those that have or are familiar with my writing know by fact I have written to or about jobs for years now.

Now as a person cut, laid off, terminated, restructured, reorganized, downsized and for the good of the company I join millions all across this land who know first hand and by experience just what I allude to. Look I have managed where foreigners were trained by Americans and after such the Americans were eliminated. The foreigners, well they got our jobs and of course at much lower pay but with a free education, paid for by the Tax Payers of America. Rhetorically, just who is going to do the jobs back in their nation of origin? I and millions are the ones who exerienced first hand the outsourcing of work using consulting" and outside firms or contractors, mainly foreigners who replaced American workers including myself. I lived and heard the terms defined above in multiple positions and in multiple industries. Yes and at the hands of the educated, Master Degree, PHD types and Bean Counters who adhere to the principal people are an expense liability and not an asset. People impact the bottom line negatively and that is and has been proven so many time sone could never stop writing about the facts.

Now for business it is no more then for the good of the business and the bottom line. Hey nothing wrong with profits. I never was against that. However, the term fair and living wage is a biblical principal that evidently no longer applies? The fact is there are few left in this nation to buy the goods no longer made here. Does that matter to Big Business? One might think not. You see they turned to others.

Now tell me truthfully, are these not the "Emerging Markets?" By fact mind you our jobs were given, handed, placed off shore through the laws, tax breaks, incentives given to corporation and business and encouraged mind you to do so by our leaders. You see in my opinion and by example it isn't really about nation or America or for that matter people. No, it is and was about the bottom line and profits.

Now of course our leadersl talk of people, Americans and they will even profess how sad they are they have to cut. Yes and they will tell us we all, really, hello, have to do our share, even while spending billions and still investing off shore or in development in other nations or in policing and protecting them. The all by the way not for them. Once again the truth in their fruits, as if that mattered.

I know, hard to take but reality. So, why are people having such a hard time understanding the reality of what they call Recovery? Well read my earlier articles.

1- No investment in our future.

2- The Global dream and goal and the Emerging Markets.

3- The dismantling of Industry, Manufacturing and the handing away of Technology all at the root.

4- Corporate profits in the billions.

5- No or few taxes paid by Multinational Corprations, etc.

6- Cost of living rising by the hour.

7- Debt burden rising by the second.

8- No credit for a great majority.

9- Unemployment much higher then they post or claim.

Yet, many still love these politicans, really. Rhetorically, can one ever dare to ask is it all about money or nation because it certainly doesn't seem to be about average Americans?

People, well check it out and please don't take my word. As an earlier article a few years ago stated in similar fashion and is as true today as then, no job, no money or credit, no money or credit, can't buy. Can't buy, no recovery. is it that hard to understand?

Well ask your neighbors and friends and family who know it first hand. Yes the millions all across this land living it. No, don't look to the politicians, you see they killed the Golden Goose and Humpty Dumpty can't be put together any longer. Oh, let me qualify, that is for the have not. No, nothing wrong with a Global Dream just that we all killed the doner.

Now here is a small hint. Read this one article, just one of many and you will find exactly what I'm referring to herin. Find it on the Web BNET, "Where the Jobs aren't by Jessica Stillman, June 20, 2011." Look for the key sentences as to why. Then ask yourself what others and what jobs will be created?
