The new American opportunity.

There is consistent talk about the many new opportunities for Americans, yet few to none have access to them. If one realizes what those opportunities are they may start to gain a perspective of where we were and what we have become. Sadly, I believe we have turned into a nation where parasites rule. Looking to make off of the hardships and burdens of others. Yes and feeling no moral, ethical or shameful guilt feelings about doing such. All in a days work and good for business and the bottom line.

As example, the other day a Realtor was talking about the opportunities to "get rich" in the Real Estate market. In his conversation he was talking about buying short sale, foreclosed and auction homes for a pittances of what the original owner owed and what the lender wanted. He went on to talk about how one could charge "well in excess" of current low rates if they hold the mortgage. Many people have no credit and cannot get a lender to enable them to buy a home. It was in his words, a golden opportunity if you, get this, have. As for rents, well once again, a good opportunity to squeeze a little more out of the monthly rental fee. Do you hear that? Do you catch what that person is saying about themselves? After all someone has to so why not you? Is that who you really are, deep down inside where no one knows but yourself and if it is, do you care?

Oh, they are the rarity you say, the exceptions, really, they are? Well my good people, the facts are that these who do this are more of the majority of those that have then you can imagine. After all if 80% can't buy then who is? Factually we all know them first hand. They even talk about it openly and proudly. Hey they did nothing wrong under the law and quite frankly they are doing what we here in America expect, making money, being successful, providing for their family. Nothing wrong with that at all. No, it is the how that I speak to. What I am driving at is sorely missed, overlooked, ignored. That is what they have done morally, ethically, even religiously and even while professing to be believers in a God to exploit the situation. A fair profit, no problem. Yes the taking advantage goes way past just Real Estate and into every aspect of society.

The facts are that we all know, or at least should, that usury in this nation has no limits and it is all legal. I discussed this in earlier articles to little avail. Some may claim they never voted for it but in reality what they are actually saying is they were not there when the vote was held. Truth, half truth or distortion, you take your pick. They did it by proxy and by allowing others to do it for them to avoid being linked to it but they did it none the less. The facts are that many are getting very wealthy exploiting the 80% of Americans who are no longer credit worthy and who are labeled as financial risks and low lifes.

Hey, they brought it on themselves, really? Of course everyone shares to some degree but many just caught up in the many stories of life, from layoff, to sickness, to overwhelming problems. By fact the great majority just like you and me. People who just wanted to survive and make a living who are now down and out.

No, never mind circumstances, that does  no equate. OK, so, while this may be hard to take it underlines why a recovery is only for the have and why in reality it is not going as fast as it should. Why would anyone change a good thing? There are plenty of homes on the market. There are plenty more falling into the low life category. There are many more opportunities all brought to those that can to make "real money."

Now many always seem to shy away from what they deem as negative, even while fact. Hey, the policeman calls and says there is a fire raging and may be heading your way and you better get out now. You, well you say, no way and sit and hope they whole thing was wrong, a joke, a prank, false. Yet, if and when it happens the age old, "how can this be." I see it every day in my line of work, not me, no, not I, no can't be.

Yes, like "COLA help, why, the Cost of Living hasn't risen, really," on the conservative site understand this as to why we won't see a recovery, that is for the low life average folk. It is all because of the "The new American opportunity."
