The Problem of Jobs.

After you have read my prior articles [Can these be Issues That Destroyed This Nations Financial Stability?] you should read and ask yourself this question, who is this so called recovery for and where are the jobs? It certainly isn't for the unemployed and those throughout this land who are defined as being no longer credit worthy, untrained, unqualified, older and as as lazy who don't want to work. No millions hunger for good honest, living wage, work. What must we consider? That is when leaders speak, as per my prior article stated, one must know who they are speaking to, their audience. That is and are those that have. That is the remaining 20% who are hanging in. Holding onto the coats of the 1% who own the world, yes own it all. Of course the "recovery" and the Dow and other market indicators mainly point to off shore investment. You see American companies can hold those billions off shore and not pay taxes here. That means zero job growth here! Also, get this, it is major, as another earlier article asked, so, just "who is left that can buy?" Can't buy can't move the nation. It is that simple.
If you read my earlier article you will see some of the actions that by opinion and deed placed us where we are along with these Bean Counters. Yet as for jobs, American jobs, one has to look to manufacturing, industry, technology, new capital investment. So, lets ask this rhetorical question, just what is made in America any longer? If you can't see the forest for the trees well what can one say? The answer few to nothing is. Oh, yes assemble but that is not manufacturing.
Of course business brings people over here on green cards, we, the taxpayers educate them, give them jobs and then replace Americanswho are more costly. Think not, know not. Those left are laid off because we outsource the work to foreign nations who have slave labor, child labor, elderly labor, in effect cheap labor. And we are right back to the Bean Counters definition. Yes and that produces low wage jobs that people fight for. A good thing for business so why change?
Rhetorically, the question is just who will recover is an honest and fair one? Yes always a small percentage but for the most part few to none. That unemployment figure, well they talk about it being not good enough, really. That figure does not include and as we all know, those off the rolls and no longer counted people in the millions. Training, really, for what jobs. Out of the thousands we spend money on retraining how many actually find jobs and how many are available to place people. Go and take a look. Rhetorically, do you want to be a C.N.A. or your child for that matter? that's is an honest noble job but how many can clean excrement day in and day out for minimum wage? Get the picture? Yes not many a boss would.
Once again, rhetorically, what do we have left? Well we have Wal Mart, who just won a major case concerning woman's work rights, which by the way will spread throughout the land to every major corporation. What does it mean, for female workers? Well many suspect more of the same that started the suit in the first place. Yes and when they talk of jobs, once again do you know what jobs? Low wage, no benefit, half a week part time jobs that cannot and could not ever support a family. No, Americans must and are learning to take less and get this many are already conditioned to be happy they even have that.
As for politicians, well really. These are "the same old Washington crowd" this current president talked about when he ran for office. Need I write to what I have been writing to for years? Elected by the minority . No not by race but ideology. Those that vote for their own ideology, concerns, goals, objectives, motives. Think not then look at the CHANGE in our culture. Yes change in our culture and no need to write once again to it, the media broadcasts it all across this land every day and we, well if we hear it enough, guess what? Yes, we nod our heads and say, ok. Like the good salesman, get them to nod and then waste no time, close the deal. Yes like that slip by NBC, forgetting "Under God" really. Rhetorically, a slip, once again really?
Ask someone who they voted for and you almost always hear, "I didn't vote for them him or her." Well the rhetorical question is, who did? The facts are that only 50% or really less of eligible voters vote and they are split right down the middle. That is why so many close elections. The other 50%, well they sit home on their butts and complain because and they have a point, who can you vote for? Do you need the names of those who have announced, really? You, know them as part of our lives for decades now. Only those to old to walk or dead no longer involved. They cling to the same club, organizations, ideology and perspectives that got us here. Yes and sadly they will run again right beside this president and we will have exactly what we have now with a few new faces.
If by now you don't grasp why jobs are a killer then know this, work for slave wages and part time and you will find a job. Have a Godfather to pull you along or belong to the elite and you will have a job. Don't count on that college degree. No, count on that above and who you know and you will work. The rest, well they will fight over the crumbs that are left. No training or trained will help. Out of work for long periods, not credit worthy, you will take what is left and be happy. The rest of the world happy because they went from nothing to peanuts with American jobs. And while American money bolsters the world and our very enemies we here sit and literally wait for the "change" our president promised. Yes but " change" is what he delivered . No, not just him, they! That is all of them regardless of party. They delivered a new America.
Rhetorically what can we do? Well I have written to this before. It will not be easy but it must be done if it even can be. As a person of faith I believe what is already will be as ordained. Yet, I am willing to step up and act, are you? No, never violence but through writing and trying to a change back to traditional values and what was once American values. A change back to an honest days pay for an honest days work. A change to bring that money off shore home. To build once again what we gave away freely. Yes and years ago, yes YEARS ago as this site knows I wrote to the C.C.C., etc and infrastructure and jobs and these "leaders "today talk about it now, really, while they did nothing, nada, spit but bail out their friends under the guise of necessary.
I write as an exercise and choose no wrong or right just truth as it is by their hands. As it is from their lips as they profess. The proof in their fruits. All I ask is you consider these opinions and do something about making a change for the common good of all. That is to find and elect those who place America first. No, I don't buy into Liberal, Conservative, Republican or Democrat or the first this or that. No, I buy into "for the common good and to secure domestic tranquility." What do you buy into? You want jobs, well as the saying goes, "when the going gets tough the tough get going"!
