The Great Satan verses the Evil Empire!

Depending on what side of the coin you fit you look at the other as either being one or the other. We look at the countries spreading death, torture, terror and intimidation as those who spread evil in it’s worst form as Those who comprise The Evil Empire. Then there are the so called members of the Axis of Evil which are part of the Evil Empire, but are more in the fore. While the Evil Empire looks at us as as the powerful, greedy, exploiting giant that engulfs nations for the sake of an ideology and profit, they to have an idealogy they propogate as well which is suppressive to their own people. However, excluding the Axis of Evil, which are run by zealots and cannot be evidently be reached by reasonable people, I am sure if you sat down with elements of both sides they will have a list of reasons to support their view and vice versa. So, can the two ever meet? Only if good men and woman are open to reconciliation and a spirit of reconciliation and that seems very remote at best.
The great religions of the world, who profess a belief in The Creator, are consistently at war with each other. They continue to search for ways to impress their beliefs on others even to the point of death. Then again the powerful and rich, who control governments, industry and wealth are forever seeking ways to gain more and more. So there lies the dilemma. How do you bring all these elements together peacefully for the benefit of the average man? Quite frankly there is no answer to religious or economic ideology for the average man. The only solution is the creation of an equality based government which represents all peoples equally and equitably. Regretfully and unfortunately - the two new giant words that define this century- that is impossible for man. The United Nations showed the inability, greed and ineptness of people who profess to be idealists while seeking their own fortune at the expense of all. So the answer is these two entities will war against each other to the determent of the poor, middle and average masses who will suffer and die for their goals and dreams, until one wins, or we are all destroyed.
As example, the French revolution did nothing to cure their rich and powerful as one could see with their recent problems. It only served to rid the world of a few greedy leaders of that era who have been replaced by the new of today. The American revolution was perhaps the greatest of all but it is slowly eroding and giving way to the new ideals which drive a new world ideology. People talk of the poor and needy but really love that cheap labor and no benefits which drive the bottom line profits up and their respective wealth and power. They talk of democracy and freedom and opportunity but in steps the exploiters, who seem to get every contract and turn perhaps the greatest gift one nation can give to another into a battlefield of hate. Should we ever realize that people are people no matter where they be and that they want to be left to those things which they are happy with and not what we deem they will be happy with we might have peace. Until we realize that people don’t like being cheated and used no matter where they are we might have peace. Until we find out that big brother cannot impose their will simply via power- we will fail. On the other side, those who arrest, torture and kill those who only have a desire for freedom and a job will not succeed. Until they realize no free man will consent to imposed religion and brutality in the name of God, their creator and ours they will fail. Until they find out that killing and death and terror are not the answer, there will be no peace, only sorrow.
Perhaps I’m just a silly, tired man man hoping for my children’s future. I listen to the stupidity of supposedly educated men who profess their belief in a creator each evening and who talk of God and in circles and never have an answer for all their education, power and wealth. They talk and talk but never consider the root of the problems at hand- love, respect, peace, humbleness and security. Their solutions are those that suit their needs as they perceive we want. The same with the other side. But all the good intents and wishes and hopes of the masses of people everywhere are meaningless until there are no more Evil Empires and Great Satins percieved.
Perhaps it is time that good people everywhere search for leaders who desire the same things that they do. Until people recognize death and destruction is bad and exploitation is evil. Until we can sit as equals and determine, for the love of our God and families, how we can change from the evil perceived and practiced into the good we supposedly profess we both are, we will all continue to suffer, be exployed and die for our God and idealogy! We will continue to destroy the very things we all, who have loved ones and we truly love - our families!
