Bankruptcy Certification and Confirmation of the Sin.

Since the 2005 Bankruptcy revision where millions are being destroyed piecemeal it is now mandatory that a person filing become certified before or after filing and your hearing. If you don't, oh well you're screwed again. Yes and to think your not from this what is in my opinion a demeaning, arrogant and vengeful necessity. not to mention another caveat for making money, fact.

Yes we should require our leaders to be certified as well before they can register to vote. Why, well do you need an answer? Ok, trillions, does that say anything? Ok, back to the meat and potatoes. During this course they give you a section on the different types of credit and borrowing. One type is credit cards. They even go so far as to call these lenders sharks. Their words not mine. Now during this presentation they discuss [mind you] unsecured debt and tie that to, you got it credit cards. They then go on to say, these lenders can charge higher interest because they take all the risk since these are non collateral loans, REALLY. Do you REALLY believe that? Why, well why is everyone who is in default being dragged through the courts and judgments, garnishments, liens and property [collateral which includes money] is taken in repayment?

Well the fact is and it is fact these "officers of the court" these lawyers, people of honor, will take the gold tooth from your mouth. The judges, well read Psalm 58 even if your not Christian for the answer. The Government at every level hopeless to do anything. Their agencies shells and hollow with no laws, statues or penalties of significance. No, pay or else.

Yes my friends they tell you, teach you, say it, that this is UNSECURED. Yes, but what are words, nothing but sounds to those whoa re empty who speak them. yes and the Law of Contracts because we are a nation of law, rally, well in my opinion it should be called "it works for me."

Well enough said. Yes Republican, Democrat, any of them you get the same. The facts in their works not what they say or preach.
