Look I've written to this any number of times but in this day and age it seems to be getting worse. After years of trying mind you to correct misinformation, incomplete information, just plain wrong information I'm still at it and evidently I will be long after my death. So here i am still trying to cirrect something I corrected twice before, really. It seems all three Equifax, Transunion and Esperian can't get on the same page.

In my opinion they are the epitome of incompetence, incapable, possibly owned and operated by the ones they serve? Now someone must pay them and we can guess who? We do know people actually pay these people to protect their credit. Really they do, not realizing they just may be the victims of this same incompetence. Yes and incompetence too generous a word. Sue them, well the catch all,"we only report what we are provided". yes by the bank, creditor and you, you they keep that record on, ok to be polite 6-21 and you figure it out on language I don;t agree with but it is exactly how I percieve it from them. In fact half of them you talk to can't speak English, they are off shore ans they have all your records and information. So much for "security."

Now to dispute a record they now provide a drop down list of items to select. No longer the one or two lines to refute which was pitiful then. Yes and then they "investigate", really. They send it to the original creditor who says, what is there is correct, thank you, now please go away.

In my opinion the biggest rip off since credit cards yet we allow it. Our entire ability to buy, rent own geared to incompetence and we allow it. You won't find the bog shots in Congress concerned, right Mr., Schumer, Pelosi, Reid, Marteniz, Nelson., not in the least. No, why would they be when all one needs to check is who donated to their campaigns, fact.

So understand this, once it is on your report try to correct it. Yes and get this because ,many of you think I'm kidding, be careful it doesn't show up again, 6 months or a year or longer up the road.

Yes at the mercy of big business, the banks, the creditors and you get to pay more for everything. Hey it's the American way and as long as your not impacted who the hell cares, right?
