Stand Firm in your trials.

Do not be consumed with your sorrows and trials for these will come to all who believe. It is a true sign of believers even though it comes upon all for varied reasons and without reservation by God for different purposes. God says it Himself although many who know not think not. Yet it is what it is.
2 nd Thessalonian 13-17 speaks to an age when people will be evil. In fact evil will prosper and be all about. Yet rest in comfort because and get this, "from the beginning God chose YOU." Wow, I don't know about you but they are some mighty powerful words of comfort. That is you who profess and do His works.
He further goes on to say that whom He selected "might "share" in the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ." So through this He gave us encouragement and good hope. Yes encouraged in every good deed and word. Notice "deed" and not just by mouth. Not in the world but in Him. In this we prosper. Do not attach that to earthly conceptions. We prosper in all things that lead us closer to Him. We, that is we who profess and try to do His works among men are truly not of the earth only in it, therefore we have no loss of anything of this earth. It is worthless to us and only on lend to us. Yet if we seek after it, long for it, worry about it, then that is who we place first. We should trust in Him to provide.
Now he also very clearly states that others will be taken in by the allure and the works of Satan. Yes and that in "every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing". Now I don't know about you but these are very strong words to ponder. We know we all sin but God Himself says "deceive those who are perishing." He then says distinctly "they perish because they refuse to love the truth and be saved." They trust in effect in man and follow after them.
In my opinion it is time anyone who professes to take serious note. Certainly those who only profess by mouth this applies to. He finishes it off with a follow up that he sends them, get this "a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie." "That they will all be condemned who do not believe the truth but have delighted in wickedness." Hey laugh, scoff, but you can't run as even He says later. There will not be a rock anywhere, He will find them.
Now he also speaks to the "doctrines of men" and this shall also be a sign. Do we not understand 82% of us profess belief yet say, "I don't believe the bible." "I don't believe my God would do that." "That My God is a loving God." "I don't go to church."
Well therein is the answer. The doctrines of men. I'm sorry and mean no offense but once again the truth. As stated above what God, that is right, the God 82% of us profess has stated in His Word. It is there for anyone who cares to look. Every single thing is there, stated openly for all to come to the truth. Not my Word, Gods. Not my teaching, Gods.You hear few to no preachers speaking to it at all yet it is there.
So I leave with this. I do not expect all will come to accept this. Why, my God has just informed me and you who truly believe why. He has substantiated again that He would not lose one who has been ordained since before the beginning of the world. Over and over again he has spoken and He ends it with the warnings. What more can anyone ask of Him? In fact you can do nothing to earn this, nothing. You must accept Him and do His works. Without that nothing. Yes Love, Honor and Obey and pray that you will be found worthy. That is all you can do.
Yet if you are supposedly 'Born Again" then do you do His works? Do you walk in His teachings or yours? Have you changed the old for the new? As we all know, we shall know them by their works. They run from it but like God said, you can't run fast or far enough.
Let the buyer beware if you want it in earthly terms. Do you know what you have bought into? Is it the teachings of God, the God you profess? It is there to accept or deny, choice, plain and simple. In my opinion Isaiah 58 is now the time for us all. Certainly it will be rejected by most, yet it is what it is.

Just with these words of truths that I have just read, 3/4 of Capitol Hill are bound for hell. In these past decades there has been no truths. JanePlease log in to respond to this comment.Jane, thank you for reading. I truly believe as a sinner, servant and believer we are obligated to stand on the truth regardless of the consequences. To this end we will be persecuted, discarded, rejected, ignored by those perishing. It has been ordained in the seed, the Word for the Word is the seed and it brings life. Read of it in the Word. Yes as God said and all I did was point it out. Jane, as you know, it is not about professing it is in the works. I sincerely believe we are in the end times and the church as believers know it will be small in number and will only be comprised of those who do, who truly believe, not just profess.
