Is This What We Can See All About?

I have within a list of things that in my opinion are applicable to today and our current environment. Can we examine them together to see if they are correct and apply? I looked around for sometime and came up with this to ponder. Now I know this has always been part of man. Yet in this day and age it seems even more predominant.

First is it fair to say many are in love with themselves. All they do is for their benefit and really no one else's? Bling the buzz word of the day. The beautiful people and an infatuation with self image. Common now, be honest, take that look around and you can even find an example in people you know? Certainly these same types covet things, yes the bling motivates them, wealth, coveting material possessions and want of even people. They will do just about anything to obtain them. Many times these same ones are proud, arrogant, even ungrateful to parents or loved ones when they do not get what they want. Certainly they can be cruel, heartless and merciless to achieve what they want. Some even murdering their very own. It just comes forth from them naturally and they show no emotion, remorse, regret only for their plight. They do this seeking their own fulfillment, needs, desires, lusts. Certainly drugs and assorted sex and lust crimes are all over the pages of the media even for those who hold positions of honor, and power. We certainly can recognize them by their deeds. What they do or fail to do.

Now certainly slander, treachery, stubbornness, pride, ego follow along. It must because all the rest go hand in hand. Now the sad part is many of these profess to be believers in God or religion and to be faithful. They actually believe that themselves and they profess it always. They are seen in the right places, they say the right things, but their hearts, in reality far from that God they profess. They even make jokes and blaspheme about God, the Word, and Christians or other religious. Some, yes some, may even be in the church and present themselves with piety.

Now what do you think? Really do you see this all about? Can you attach it to anyone, a group, people you know our leaders, even religious, yes sadly even someone in your own family? This is not judging and I'll explain why later. You really don't have to look hard, it is usually right close by you and yes in your everyday life. So if you agree drop me a comment and I'll provide my response for you.
