A Lesson of Truth and the Reality of Life.

Sometimes one must get a swift kick in the pants to wake up. We become infatuated with what we perceive as principals, ideals, yes even what we think people want to know, need or yearn for. That is our ego speaking. Well in doing such we have to realize that this world is made up of multiple and varied beliefs. To reach one more then yourself is a major accomplishment and in that to consider if it was ever achieved you succeeded. So in consideration of our current economic, moral and yes worldly mess I feel the line below sums it all up with one simple caveat at the end, which I need not speak to.

"What got broken here doesn't go back together again", a line from The Insider a late 1990's movie about the Tobacco industry, CBS, 60 Minutes and a few men of integrity. What is stated very clearly that power and money manipulates and truth is relative.

While truth may mean something to some that number is evidently few and far in between. In fact in one scene they both speak to there being very few hero's left. Yes and that is the reality I see every single day I write. The vast majority of people don't want truth, facts, reality, even when it kills. Sure they are happy when the little guy wins but by and large "what will be will be" not my problem. I can't do anything about it yet, "why doesn't someone do something about it" most likely being spoken every day all across this land. Always where is someone else to do it?

It is the attitude in my opinion of losers, of those who are content, who are not risk takers nor doers. It is sad yet in my opinion it is who and what the masses are. It is for the most part the attitude of America and many do not like it said but it is reality. So that being said I will speak to it no more. For those who encourage me to continue let someone else pick up the challenge. The interested only a few in number. The truth to be had if looked for.

So as a person who writes to truth, reality, fact one must also accept fact. To that I surrender.

This is a great write. I really liked this point made: "...While truth may mean something to some that number is evidently few and far in between..."

Robert, surrendering all to Him is wise and recommended. May these verses strengthen you where you are weak and build you up where you are torn down. You are not alone, my friend.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.

Warmest regards,
Avis
