"Survival of the World" and this Pope, another sign?

October 11, 2007 from Times On Line- Pope Benedict XVI was informed of these very same words in the title by 138 leading Muslim Scholars. The facts are that they say [as you can read for yourself] Muslims are not against Christians as long as they do not wage war against them. What true Christian would? Notice the key word?

In fact this extract from those scholars and this article quotes the following "so let our differences not cause hatred and strife between us. Let us vie with each other only in righteousness and good works". It seems I have written to that in similar manner before quoting Lincoln.

Now that on the outside is not alarming. However some students of the Quran may quote entirely different verses. Now what is significant about this Pope? Well if you know the prophesy of Malachy, Catholic Saint, you know that this current Pope comes from the order of the Olive. The olive symbolic of peace. You will also find out he is next to the last Pope in order of accession. To the Seat of Peter. Read up on the history of the Popes holding this name.

Now many discard this prophesy, yet he was made a Saint of the church. I find something strange about that. Why would any Saints prophesy be suspect or wrong? Is Divine Mercy wrong or Fatima or others? I think not. Church leaders say we are to lead a good life free of sin and not be overly anxious about God's return. In fact they call that sin. Why, are we not instructed and told we would know when the return of Jesus was even at the door? Why tell us that in His Word if it is sin?
Unfortunately many are not right with the Lord and in my opinion this is God's way of saying - HELLO, wake up. Yes and I don't mean because you go to or are active in a church, I'm talking heart and works. No, not because you quote scripture. I'm talking walking the walk. So since this current Pope is rather on in age and the truth is that in a very few years one way or the other the Rise of Peter the Roman may take place and that it may never happen, I for one wouldn't bet on it and I think after you read the prophesy you might not either?

Now what role will this Pope or for that matter Peter the Roman have if he ever comes to be play? Well for now it all swirls around the end times. [End Time not of the World, but of this current world] A Christian understands our world is without end. Yet part of the prophesy is the fall of Rome and the Vatican to an outside force. What could that force be? Why has crucified  been reinstated by Persia [Iran] as the means of execution for "unbelievers" and where do Christians fit in? Perhaps the title of this article can lead you to search? Other factors peace with Israel, a NWO, etc.

Now is this all nonsense, speculation, conjecture? Well at this point certainly the last two, although there is much more not mentioned here. Yet believers are watching all of this as it unfolds. The next two years of 2009 and 2010 will be very significant years as far as the world goes. Many predicting things "of this world" to happen, but few believers "not of this world" taking a step and looking up and speaking out. Why, because the answer is simply speaking right before us.

In my case I find it intriguing that "believers mind you" will, while the multitudes, may not. Yes some even while professing. Yes, as it was in the time of our Lord, how prophetic. They actually lived in His day and cast Him aside. Matthew speaks to a world in darkness and only believers and Christ as the light. So in my opinion now is the time to look, investigate, search, become knowledgeable about your faith and to get right with God, as we all should every single day. To become a light and beacon in a dark world, not for your benefit or gain or as the religious of Christ's day, but for His glory. When that light is removed, and believers understand this, well, there will be only darkness and it will be complete. For we who profess and actually do we must humble ourselves before the great and terrible day of the Lord arrives. Is that day upon us or not? Well I believe those who truly believe will know, be it now, in a few years or in thousands of years, those signs will come to pass.

David, thank you for your kind comments. Most do not understand that not all Catholics lack bible knowledge or end time prophesy awareness. There is a division in comprehension in the church between leadership and laity and yes even clergy concerning  end times prophesy, apparitions and statements even from those they make saints of the church. Sister Faustina "Divine Mercy in My Soul" speaks very directly to the end time and the New Church. She was recently made a Saint by the last Pope who also was identitied in early church prophesy  which I write to many times. I truly believe the time is for Christians and yes unbelievers to come together on the focal point of Jesus Christ and bury all the separations that keep us divided. Thanks you for your kind comments and hopefully, strictly as a study you will get a copy of Divine Mercy in my soul by Sister Faustina Kowalska. Peace and blessings thanks, Robert.

Great article, and, as always well researched and informative. This article held my attention, and I am in agreement with everything based on what I have learned, even in seminary. I do not profess to be an Expert in this field, but found this article very interesting, I am a Southern Baptist, and I agree with this article.

Thank you Gary for your comments. I appreciate the reply.  You will note I write to the "church" not denominations.  I offer only opportunity and welcome feedback, correction or information. Now as I sense you will agree it is not Catholics, Baptists, Pentecostals, or any other denomination that has a preference to salivation, it is believers in Christ Jesus who do the works expected of one and not just profess. An interesting time for us all and it seems to be coming alive with each passing day. Blessings and prayers, best wishes and once again thanks, Robert.
