Yes the bottom line being your home isn't worth what the lender gave you on it and many a lender is in trouble. You shall know by the signs and symbols in what they do or fail to do. You need no one to tell you, it is right there before you.

Why, well here it is from the horses mouth or you can add whatever part of the anatomy you care to. Now these are the same one's who offered and enticed you with that equity line to consolidate your bills, fix your home up, use it for college, right? Many even told you to take more and said your home is worth what they gave you and much more. Yes your friendly banker, your neighbor, your friend, your family member.

So today, a week after cutting off access to these equity lines, many received letters which went like this;

To paraphrase the letter. As you are probably aware [no kidding] real estate values have declined. An analysis of your home indicates that we [the bank] unfortunately [yes the golden word of this century] have concluded that value has declined significantly. As a result you are suspended from drawing any more. Yes effective a week earlier. Nice to let you know after the fact.

If you wrote a check they will bounce but know that you are still obligated to pay the balance. If you think we are wrong please submit in writing an analysis [at your expense] for "consideration".

Yes and we really "appreciate your business", got ya! Rhetorically, so did the loan shark on the corner. Yes so does those Credit card companies. Yes and these banks aren't in trouble? Yes and our leaders still approve of using YOUR MONEY to bail out private business. Hey it isn't the money of those in foreclosure, in credit card debt, with nothing, zero, nada, now is it. No it is YOUR MONEY, the haves and guess what. That's right, they will need more and more. They will bail out who they must of their own kind using your wealth, your blood, your sacrifice, your future for in my opinion it is and never was about people.

Yet hey, you love them all. You vote for them. You place your little stickers on your bumpers, car windows, signs on the lawn. Yes, you are truly a bird of a feather. Hey don't get mad, you shall know them, yes know them by what they do and fail to do. I guess that sums it up accurately now doesn't it? We shall know you as well by your fruits, not what you profess.

So a few words of wisdom from the Word to close. Why say anything else?

St Matthew Chapter 23,Verse 4- and they bind together heavy and oppressive burdens and they lay them on mens shoulders, but not with one finger of their own do they choose to move them". Wow does that not sum it all up!

How about Chapter 23, verse 28- So you also outwardly appear just to men but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Wow does that not sum it all up as well?

Chapter 24 verse 12 "and because iniquity will abound and the charity of many will grow cold. 13 but whoever preservers to the end he shall be saved"

St. Peter Chapter 3 verse 12 "for the eyes of the Lord are upon the just, and his ears unto their prayers, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil".

Yes first Peter speaks a lot to what we are to do. Perhaps if you are unfamiliar you should read it. It is not complex, hard to understand, that is if we truly seek its knowledge and you know something it can be applied to everyday life with no attachments to belief. In my opinion the Word of God is like that, truth, accurate, correct, without question to those who think .
