"Why Doesn’t Someone Do Something About It"?

No it just does not matter. One could write and write and write but in reality the vast majority of people in America really do not care and if they do they are always looking for someone else to do it for them. Yes they complain, whine, cry, talk, and are always asking "why doesn't someone do something about it". Yet they have, they eat, they buy, they can get a loan at real good rates, a mortgage, just go to any internet advertiser for mortgage lending or any other lender and find your answer, that is if you have a 720 Beacon score and 20% to put down to buy anything, yes get the zero percent finance, hey it is all there to find out, the truth, the facts. Also, there are many varied views and opinions that do not consider fact or truth becuse to these people it matters not.
So what does that say. It says 50% of all voters don't give one hoot about the rest. It also says the other 50% who don't vote are exactly the same, only they no longer vote. They are resigned to defeat. Pass me another burger, hold the cheese and the beer, too expensive these days.
Now does any of this really matter to those who have? Do you really think it does? Just look at those who have? They live behind a wall or gate. They drive that big car, they have health care and a savings account. They have retirement money or a fund, they own a house or even two, they travel, eat out a lot and really don't worry about a suit that costs $700.00 even with 50% off. Got the idea? It is the good life and they love it. "Oh say can't you see" as the song goes, the Second World War, mom and dad and apple pie all is their safety vest, for now. That is for a short while longer until they have to start to PAY for it all. You see can't get it from those who do not have, the not "Credit Worthy" can you so just who does that leave? Yes I know you think not, well let us see as time goes bye.
So who am I writing to? You got it the average Americans, the have not, the unemployed or working as a CNA cleaning someone's butt, for get this $7.25 and hour and trying to raise three kids alone with no help whatsoever. Yes I'm talking to those non credit worthy who are called all day long by people who made them that way and they do not call that harrassment. Yes and I'm talking to those who have no hope in any of those running for office who have not delivered what they had promised and who are in my opinion charlatans. That is one who is pretending, a faker. I can only judge their works, have you?
Yes does one need to list their deeds or what they do not or haven't done? They know themselves who they are. They do not like the truth, it cuts, it hurts, it digs deep into their very being, yet it is what it is. I didn't make it that way they did. It is their works. Yet they will say and do anything to pass it off and dislodge it but one cannot with the truth, that is until they admit it.
So "Why doesn't someone do something about it"? Well it will just never happen in my opinion with what America is today. Why the answers shows up everywhere as a sign and symbol. Hey here is a simple one for those of you who read on this site. For the numbers of readers who are interested verses the gossip, sex, ego and other articles that draw hundreds of readers demonstrates quite well what the focus of America is today. It shows up with the numbers who turn out to vote for these politicians and who support them and even write articles as to why we should vote for them. It shows up in signs and symbols all across this land, in the schools, the offices, the businesses, the homes everywhere, the unemployment lines, those applying for help those being forced out of their homes and onto the street. Have you checked your local shelters lately? Oh, that makes you sad it is better you stay away. No it is fact, truth, conviction. The answer is clear as a bell.
Hey, I have written and written and written and now I see my terms being used in others articles. I even saw one this week in the St. Petersburg Times about that well known University named after a celebrity selling how to buy foreclosed property. I then opened another paper saw "Fair Trade not Free Trade", the "Have and the Have Nots", "Selective Application" and while it makes me feel good and I know I am reaching people it only demonstrates even more that it is a sign of the times we live in.
So " Why doesn't someone do something about it"?

Well Mr. Melaccio, perhaps the people who try to do something about it wind up in jail. Those who care work for the Lord. hi robert, i am totally disgusted with the world we live in, the government we have, and the mentalities of most of the human race. what can i do about it? i think God answered that for me, when He guided me to this site. i have been searching my soul and learning about so much, for so long, that i believe i can share my thoughts with others in hopes they, too, will find helpful hints on how to improve thier energy from negative to positive. for now, that's it, but hopefully, it's what i am supposed to be doing. this was a well written, interesting article. all my best, suePlease log in to respond to this comment.Sue thanks for your kind comments. Robert, what would be qualities of an ideal politician, in your opinion? What would you want from him/her?Please log in to respond to this comment.What I would want is character. To place We the People first in all that they do and to honor the Constitution this nation was founded on. Now certainly I don't expect everyone to agree but yet to do what is BEST for the common good of all as the Consitution spells out should be their prime goal. After all we pay them to do that. Certainly, I have provided enough facts as to why in my opinion they are not doing such. No it all starts with character and how a person shall be known. The second thing is to be what they openly profess to be. What else can one say.
